How is it manufactured...?
The SuperCoaster features a full-colour design which is printed, then laminated and placed onto a cork-backed coaster. The finished product is high quality and long lasting. Although more expensive than beermats, the SuperCoaster is available in smaller volumes and the very nature of the printing and manufacturing process means the design is reproduced in all it's original glory, unlike a traditional beermat where the board absorbs some of the ink.
Where are they used...?
Thirsty's SuperCoasters have been put to many uses. They have been used in branding campaigns, to promote specific products where an quality full colour image is essential and as a retail lime. In the latter case, we have been asked to produce a 'series' of coaster which are then sold direct to the public or placed in a retail store. In fact we have even been commissioned to manufacture SuperCoaster with wedding photographs on, with the SuperCoaster then being passed to the guests as a thank you. The bottom line is, our SuperCoasters are highly prized, we have customers that still have some from the first few orders received on 1994 and that say's more than anything.
